Assist president in daily operations and office administration. Customer service, marketing, website management, dispatch, reservations, administrative tasks and human resource tasks.




Customer Service
Process accounts receivable payments
Human resources Issues
Sales and Expense Tracking
Assist with general office-company administration


Regulatory filings
Accounts payable
Marketing Events/Materials
Blog Posts
Website Management


As Needed:
Assist with special administrative projects.
Assist with the full-cycle recruiting process, including support in screening and interviewing candidates and on-boarding new employees

Knowledge of accounting software packages a plus, i.e. Quickbooks
Ability to work extra hours during peak seasons, some Saturdays required


College degree in management, bookkeeping, financial, marketing and or human resources.
